Do you have other metals besides sterling silver?
We only manufacture quality 92.5% pure silver with 7.5% metal alloys: copper, zinc, tin and iron. It is also nickel-free. However, we use different plating processes for you to choose from, silver, rhodium, and gold.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we can produce customized molds and stamping molds. We are always seeking to produce new and unique jewelry findings or any other related components to meet your own designs. Custom orders are 100% payable upfront. Visit our Customization page for additional information.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We use Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier. Our shipping rates are based on the items you order, the shipping address you provide, and the shipping method you select in your shopping cart. Please visit our Shipping Information page for specific details.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Canada Post is our primary shipping carrier. However, if you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, your must provide us with the necessary account details. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Why is your wholesale price not always the same percentage?
Our wholesale pricing is calculated based on the item’s design complexity and the labour cost.
How many products do you carry and how often do you have new ones?
We have anywhere between 4,000-5,000 products in our inventory. We sell in our showroom, online, and at trade shows and organized events.
We add hundreds of new products and new designs every quarter throughout the year.
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
Even though we only accept PayPal as a method of payment, you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay or if you don’t want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card. You will be prompted by PayPal to enter your personal information necessary to process the payment.
Do you accept backorders?
Yes we accept backorders. We value our customers so we have an automated process that lets us track backordered products and allows you to add out of stock products to your cart. You will be asked to join a waiting list and provide us with your email address if you wish to get notified by email when the product is back in stock. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will receive an email with a link to the product to make your purchase.
What about out of stock items?
While we strive to keep all of our products in stock, we do occasionally run out of stock. If you wish to order out of stock products, a 50% deposit is required for restocking. Please contact us for additional information.
