This classic sterling silver ring setting features traditional scallop melee across both shoulders of the shank, set with cubic zirconias terminating in a round basket mounting into which you can mount a 4mm round cabochon or cut stone. Please note that the seat is very wide so while cabochons would work best in this ring, you can very easily set a faceted stone in here as well. It is a unique choice for many jewelers, jewelry designers and artists to create designs not just brilliant but of timeless elegance.

The ring setting is cast in sterling silver, then electroplated in rhodium to provide corrosive protection and enhance appearance and durability of sterling silver.
