Description
The sterling silver spring clasp comes in one piece and is a simple and traditional fastener for jewelers, jewelry designers and artists. Depending on the tensile strength required for the weight of the design chosen you may require a light or heavier spring clasp.
The spring clasp has one loop that attaches to your wire, chain or cord. The small spring lever is the mechanism used to open the clasp to attach to a jump ring or other type of component at the other end. It can be easily grasped quickly and provides a secure closure. The clasp can be used for any of your designs.
This clasp is available in five dimensions:
- SL003 – clasp outside diameter: 5mm ::: weight: 0.06 gram
- SL007 – clasp outside diameter: 5.5mm :::  weight: 0.1 gram
- SL008 – clasp outside diameter: 5.5mm :::Â weight: 0.12 gram
- SL009 – clasp outside diameter: 6mm ::: weight: 0.1 gram
- SL011 – clasp outside diameter: 6mm ::: weight: 0.12 gram :: heavy
