Canada Post is our primary shipping carrier. We have defined multiple rates based on the shipping address and on the order content. We offer the following shipping methods and rate by shipping destinations:

Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. Our business hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, except holidays. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to Canada Post shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the products ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We will send an order shipped confirmation once the order is processed.

Shipping Costs

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, use the “Calculate Shipping” tool, enter the destination address, and update the totals to view the available shipping methods and associated shipping rates. Once on the checkout page, select a delivery method from the dropdown list, and shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

For international shipping, customers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Shipping costs are subject to change.

Damaged Product In Transport

If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Local Pick Up

If you live in the Lower Mainland, once your order is complete, you can pick up your order at our office/showroom location.

    DIY Jewellery Show & Tell with STYLES

    For the FREE SETTING SERVICE to work effectively here are instructions to follow:

    1. We will provide this free setting service in a similar way we do at our trade shows where we help you find setting findings that we think would best fit your stone(s) without you knowing which one you’ll get. (You have the option to pick your own setting finding if you know ahead of time which one you want or you think would fit your stone(s)).
    2. Before you send us your stone(s), take a picture of your stone(s) next to a ruler and email us the images at This initial step will allow us to eliminate most of the stones we know won’t fit in any of our setting findings. There are very limited options for irregular shaped or very large stones, and, just like at shows, we make no guarantee that we will always find a setting that will work for your stones.
    3. If looking at your stone images we think we have settings that would work, we will as you to ship us your stone(s) using the shipment tracking service (please keep a record of your tracking number).
    4. After we have found settings findings that will work for your stone(s), we will email you the links to images of the settings findings so that you can choose the setting you like best for your stone(s).
    5. Once you have decided on which setting findings you want, we will send you an invoice for payment of the setting findings. After payment is received we will set your stone(s) into the selected settings and ship the finished jewellery to you along with the shipment tracking number.
