Initial Purchase
Upon approval, the program requires the distributor to make an initial purchasing amount of CA $2000.

Monthly Purchasing
Continuous monthly purchasing is then required to continue participating in the program. Four purchasing options are then available to the distributor to remain in the program and to allow flexibility in the distributorβs monthly purchasing amounts.
During the year, if the distributor skips one month (no purchase is made), then the initial purchasing amount of CA $2,000 must be met again.
During the year, if the distributor skips four months of no purchase, SilviaFindings reserves the right to cancel and remove the distributor from our program.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING IN SILVIAFINDINGSβ DISTRIBUTORSHIP PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS DISTRIBUTORSHIP PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
Distributorship Program Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum monthly and continuous wholesale purchasing amount is required and calculated based on the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
- Eligibility for new distributors is based on them meeting the initial purchasing amount of CA $2000 followed by subsequent minimum monthly wholesale purchasing amount of CA $500 in any calendar year (they become distributors for the remaining of that calendar year).
- If during the year, a month is skipped (no purchase is made), the initial purchasing amount of CA $2000 must be met again.
- If during the year, four months are skipped (no purchase is made), the distributor will me disqualified and removed from the program.
- At the end of each year, every distributorβs status will be reviewed to determine their eligibility to remain in the program for the following year.
- Distributorship is for a distributorβs personal use only.
- Distributorship account is associated with a single distributor with a single email address and telephone number.
- Approval is required from SilviaFindings to join our distributorship program. Upon approval a distributor ID number will be assigned that will correspond to the distributor and that can be applied to purchases made on site or online on our website.
DISTRIBUTORSHIP PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

- The program benefits are offered at the sole discretion of SilviaFindings. We may, at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate any aspect or feature of our program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of benefits you have already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem your accumulated benefits.
- By joining our program and becoming a member, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our program terms and conditions.
- Our distributorship program terms and conditions may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change our program conditions and benefits, terms and conditions of eligibility, and how we evaluate our program purchase amounts and activities.
- Distributors may cancel their distributorship privileges at any time by contacting SilviaFindings. If you cancel your distributorship privileges, you will lose all accumulated benefits, and your distributorship will expire.
- Benefits earned through our program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights to them. Discounts are applied to any items but not to custom made items.
- The transfer of any benefits offered through our program is prohibited.
- By joining our program, you agree to receive program-related emails, including program marketing emails and information about your distributorship account.
- All distributors should avoid the vicious competition between each other to ruin the market.
