Many of our customers came to visit us in our booth to select their findings for their upcoming seasonal projects. We are always happy to see them and chat with them face-to-face about their experience with using our findings. We also enjoyed sharing trends with them and having them tell us about any issues and new products they would like.

We had a lot of new customers who were so impressed with the vast selection of beading, stone setting and wiring we had available and from which they could choose to add and complete their jewellery creations.
We promoted our new custom made DIY (Do-It-Yourself) service and suggested it to those who came to our booth. We had a great and positive response and processed a number of custom made orders. The following are examples of custom made ring findings we have produced for customers:
Exhibiting at the show at the same time as us was a very good customer of ours, GemPremium. GemPremium is a proud dealer of international gems. They have a stunning selection of gemstones and non-treated cultured pearls. They have purchased settings and findings from us to set several of their gems and pearls into pendants, rings or earrings.
