Delivery Time
We usually fulfill orders within 24 hours on business days, except when traveling. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and depend on order approval. Delivery dates may vary due to Canada Post practices, delivery location, method, and the items ordered. Products might arrive in separate shipments, but we will confirm once your order is processed.
Shipping Costs
To determine your order cost, add items to your cart. On the checkout page, enter the destination address and choose a shipping method to see the estimated shipping cost. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy items. Sales tax is calculated based on the destination province or territory. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and refunds do not include shipping costs. For international orders, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Local Pick Up
If you live in the Lower Mainland, once your order is complete, you can pick up your order at our office/showroom location.
