The purpose of this DECLARATION is to establish a clear understanding of the copyright and copyright infringement responsibility between the UNDERSIGNED and SILVIAFINDINGS in the production of a custom-made product from a hand-drawn or computer generated design that is being submitted by the UNDERSIGNED.

Responsibility

SILVIAFINDINGS will not be responsible for any copyright infringement claims against them in the manufacturing of this custom-made product.

Declaration of the Undersigned Owner/Creator

I am the owner/creator of the design to be used in the production of a custom-made product at SILVIAFINDINS’ factory.

To the best of my knowledge, I have not copied a part of, or all of this artistic design without the owner’s permission.

I accept full responsibility for any copyright violations.
