  • If no purchase is made for four months during the year, SilviaFindings reserves the right to cancel and remove the distributor from the program.

Please read the terms and conditions of our SilviaFindings Distributorship Program carefully. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not participate in the program.

Distributorship Program Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Purchasing Requirements

  • Distributors must meet a minimum monthly wholesale purchasing amount, calculated based on the calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
  • New distributors must make an initial purchase of $2000, followed by a minimum monthly wholesale purchase of $500 within the same calendar year to remain eligible for the remainder of that year.

Maintaining Eligibility

  • If a distributor skips a month (makes no purchase), they must meet the initial purchasing amount of $2000 again.
  • If a distributor skips four months within a year, they will be disqualified and removed from the program.
  • At the end of each year, the status of each distributor will be reviewed to determine eligibility for the following year.

Personal Use Only

  • Distributorship is intended for the distributor’s personal use only.

Account Specifications

  • Each distributorship account is associated with a single distributor, including one email address and one telephone number.

Approval Process

  • Approval from SilviaFindings is required to join the distributorship program.
  • Upon approval, a distributor ID number will be assigned. This ID must be used for all purchases made on-site or online through our website.

SilviaFindings offers program benefits at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate any aspect of the program at any time without prior notice. Cancellation of Membership

Distributors can cancel their membership at any time by contacting SilviaFindings. Upon cancellation, all accumulated benefits will be forfeited, and the distributorship will expire.

Benefits

Benefits earned through the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights to them. Discounts are applicable to most items, excluding custom-made items.

Non-Transferable

The transfer of any benefits offered through our program is strictly prohibited.

By joining the program, you agree to receive program-related emails, including marketing communications and updates about your distributorship account.

Market Conduct

All distributors are expected to avoid engaging in harmful competitive practices that could damage the market.
