The sterling silver ear studs have a 3mm ball and a 0.8" (2mm) dangling chain with a split loop onto which you can attach beads, dangles, charms, or other small jewelry components. The ear post passes through the pierced ear and secured at the back with an earring nut.  These are a unique choice for many jewelers, jewelry designers and artists for making fabulous earrings.
