The sterling silver ear wires are a fishhook style and have a coil and loop onto which a double swirl element and pinch bail are attached. The double swirl element is above the pinch bail that has two small pegs that you pull apart gently to open and pinch back in to place to close. The pinch bail will accept briolette or top-drilled stones or pendants with a width of up to 4mm.  These are a unique choice for many jewelers, jewelry designers and artists for making fabulous earrings. The ear wire hook end passes through the pierced ear.
