These sterling silver earstuds have a rectangular 4-prong mounting onto which you can mount your favorite "baguette" (rectangular cut) stone. The ear post passes through the pierced ear and secured at the back with an earring nut.  These are a unique choice for many jewelers, jewelry designers and artists for making fabulous earrings.
