Eyelets in Sterling Silver
Eyelets are rings that you use to strengthen or protect a bead hole. Use them for support and reinforcement and to stop wear and tear of cords, leather or chains and to give your beads a clean and professional finished look. It is important to choose the correct inside diameter of the eyelet to match the hole size of your design.
The eyelets are quick and easy to install. You simply insert the eyelet in each hole and secure it in place with glue so not to cause damage to your jewelry components and design. Eyelets are best for lightweight to medium designs. They are not recommended for where a lot of stress or heavy usage will be applied.
The eyelets come in two dimensions:
