This sterling silver earring stud is cast with a wide, open, pear shaped border, crossed at the top with one side set with a row of CZ's (row of CZ's are mirrored in the left/right earrings). All this surrounds the pear 3-prong setting into which you can set a 5x7mm pear shaped faceted stone or cabochon.
