This elegant sterling silver pendant has some flourishes, a cubic zirconia, and a wishbone element surrounding a pear shaped prong setting into which you can set a 10x13mm pear shaped faceted stone or cabochon. The prongs (with a split chevron double-prong at the top) and the seat are designed for cabochons, but you could just as easily set a shallow faceted stone in there as well.
